What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us by Livechat, Whatsapp or Email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store. We are a factory who produce laptop bag and accessories and ship the products direct to our customers

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your lapmac purchase you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be unused and contain the original internal packaging. To arrange a return please contact us via Email, Messenger, Whatsapp or Livechat. Once your return request has been approved, an RMA number will be generated and your item can be returned to warehouse.
1. Shipping Questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 18:30 hrs. Only orders which have successfully cleared our fraud detection system will be dispatched. If there is an issue with your order our customer support team will reach out to you to rectify the matter.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship worldwide. Our Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 working days. Express shipping takes 3 to 5 working days. Sometime shipping may take longer due to unforeseen events outside of our control such as extreme weather, strikes etc.
How do i kmow my item has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch email from our store with tracking details. You will be able to track your item by clicking on the link or by visiting the shippers website.
Are there any extra charges for my item?
There are no extra charges for receiveing your item. The price you pay when purchasing is final and includes all taxes, shipping etc.
What warranty is with your bags?
We provide a 2 year warranty with all our laptop bags. If your item suffers any manufacturing defect it can be returned to us at any stage within 2 years of purchase for a replecement. The 2 year warranty does not cover any intentional damage, accidental damage or improper use.
How do i initiate a warranty claim?
Please contact our support staff by email, livechat, whatsapp or any other method. Our staff will confirm your previous purchase and provide the options that are available to you. If the item you purchased is no longer available from our store a similar laptop bag or store credit will be issued to the customer.
