Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your lapmac purchase you can return your item for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

All returned items must be in a new or reasonably new condition.
 
If you wish to return your item please message us by clicking on the following link RMA Request or contact our customer support via Email, Whatsapp or Livechat. Our staff will assist you in processing the return request. Once a return request has been approved an RMA number will be generated and an email will be sent to the customer explaining the return procedure. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to Lapmac. The customer must pay the return shipping costs. We do not provide any pre-paid lables to return any items. 

The item must be returned to our head office or one of our designated warehouses. For convenience we will select the nearest warehouse to the customer. Our head office address is:

Returned items must be received within 30 days of an RMA number being issued to the customer. Once you have shipped the item to our warehouse please forward us the tracking details via any of our contact methods. 

All returned items will be processed within 2 to 3 days of delivery to our office. 

All returned items will be checked by Lapmac. No returns will be accepted if the item has suffered accidential damage, intentional damage or improper use. The returned item will be shipped back to the customer in any of aforementioned circumstances. 

If you requested a refund for your item, your refund will be issued on acceptance of your item. An email will be sent to the customer once the refund has been issued. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your payment account. If you requested an exchange for a another item we will send you the tracking details of your new order once the new item has been dispatched from our warehouse.
