All orders are dispatched from our international distribution center Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 18:30 hrs.

- Sometimes shipping may take longer due to unforeseen events outside of our control such as extreme weather, strikes etc.
- All orders which have successfully cleared our fraud detection system will be dispatched within 1 working day. If there is an issue with your order our customer support team will reach out to you in order to resolve the matter.
- Once your order is dispatched from our distribution center, you will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking number. You will be able to track your item by clicking on the link or by visiting the shippers website.
- There are no extra charges for receiving your item. The price you pay at checkout is the final price and includes all taxes charges etc.
